I’m starting to jones a little for some Zips. Something that most people aren’t aware of is the slight variance in the taste of the Zips tartar sauce from the Lee Boulevard location versus the Zips location on Fowler.

The tartar sauce at Fowler tastes better. It’s got a little more of a twang to it. I know that’s not much of a definition or explanation but there’s something missing from the tartar at the Lee Blvd location.

I know it sounds dumb, but the tartar sauce at Zips in Richland on Fowler is the best. Well, I made my usual Friday night pit stop on my way into town. However, I did throw the crew a curve ball. I strayed away from my usual “single fish and a cheeseburger” and got the bacon cheeseburger.
