And just think I could have been talking in my car this whole year. The million dollar question is....Is talking on your cell phone a primary or secondary offense?? In other words, do you have to get stopped for something else to get a ticket for the cell phone? At first, I really missed "using" my drive time for chattering, but now that I am broken of the habit I have to begrudgingly agree that it's probably safer for people to pay attention to driving. I don't think hands free is the solution either. Just having a conversation takes your attention from the road. I thought this happened a year ago!
