This Sushi Land thing is starting to become an addiction. It’s so easy to just roll in, get sat, and literally start eating. On the chance there is a line, you might have to wait five minutes or so. But on days where there isn’t a wait, you can walk through the door and be eating within 30 seconds.
This trip to Sushi Land was with a good friend of mine. We usually get together once a week or so to talk strategy about his business. So about the meal. The food was status quo (really good). It went down way to easy and the plates really started to stack up. Whenever I go there, I tend to focus on the salmon sashimi plates. They’re worth the two bucks. I leaned towards the Katsu dishes a little more than usual too. They’re always good.
