At most businesses, I would not have the guts to ask for a redo (I would just say nothing but not go back again), but I knew they would be cool about it. This was a location in Issaquah that I had never been to, and the atmosphere was impressive - a fireplace, plenty of good furniture, and several desks with desklamps. I was almost sorry to have to take it to go. I don't think McCafe will be competing anytime soon. I might even check into this Rewards card you have been talking about.
