Mexico’s Tijuana Chicken Caesar Salad

by ryantodd on April 17, 2008

So I wondered off to Mexico, sort of. The closest I’ve been to Mexico lately is at the top floor of Pacific Place in Seattle. There is a restaurant aptly named “Mexico” and they serve up some pretty good food.

I was in the mood for something on the lighter side and settled on the Tijuana Chicken Caesar Salad. After I had almost stuffed myself on their chips and salsa, the salad came out. It was a pretty good salad. The dressing was unique and very tastey and the chicken was moist and tender. The only negative thing was the salad hadn’t actually been tossed with the dressing.

Would I order the salad again, probably so.
