Let me tell you about the mac ‘n cheese at Jabu’s in Lower Queen Anne. It is “heaven in a bowl”. The noodles are huge, the cheese sauce is rich and creamy, it has a little bits of bacon to add a little flare, and to top it off (no pun intended) it has a great Parmesian bread crumbles sprinkled on top.
The portion was about three times bigger than I needed and the price was completely reasonable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some mac & cheese.

How is it that you stay slim again ?!?
Ahhh, its all about portion control. Just because I say this magnificent dish was three times more than I needed, doesn’t mean I ate it all in one sitting. This meal actually worked out to be about 2 days worth of snacks.
