White Center Pho was given the name “world’s best pho” by my friend Jesse. I’ll take his word that it is because he has traveled up and down Vietnam and had the opportunity to try the real deal. There is nothing better than a big bowl of beef brisket pho from White Center Pho on a Sunday morning.
One thing I’ve learned what separates a good pho restaurant from a great pho restaurant. The secret is how clean the place is. The dirtier and dingier a place is, you can bet hard money they will serve an outstanding bowl of pho.
